Welcome to the online version of the 2018 Jackson County Outside Agency Funding Request Application. The Jackson County Legislature supports a variety of community based 501c3 non-profit organizations to assist residents through Outside Agency funding.

Please consider this a request for proposals for Outside Agency funding in Jackson County’s 2018 Budget.

TO BE CONSIDERED

All applicants must submit an Outside Agency Funding Request Application AND submit the documents listed below to complete the proposal. Failure to answer all questions in the application or submit all items below will be considered an incomplete proposal.

Applications and most recent Supporting Documents are due September 22, 2017 by 4:30pm.  

Although not required, agencies are encouraged to have a Guidestar profile and provide their account number in the application.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS IF AWARDED

The Jackson County Legislature will adopt the 2018 Budget by December 31, 2017. You will be notified by the Auditor’s Office once 2018 Outside Agency funding is approved. IF awarded funding, all agencies are required to comply with the terms of Jackson County Executive Order 04-18 and Affirmative Action prior to receiving any funds. Please do not submit the items required by Jackson County Executive Order 04-18 and Affirmative Action now; you will be notified when they are required.

Requirements for the first year of Outside Agency Funding per Executive Order 04-18:

  • IRS 990
  • 2017 Jackson County Paid Tax Receipt or proof of Jackson County Tax Exemption/ Statement of No County Taxes Due

Requirements if you have previously been awarded Outside Agency Funding per Executive Order 04-18:

  • IRS 990
  • 2017 Jackson County Paid Tax Receipt or proof of Jackson County Tax Exemption/ Statement of No County Taxes Due
  • Fourth Quarter & Annual Report from the previous year’s Outside Agency funding
  • Full Agency or Program Only Audit for the previous year’s Outside Agency funding
